Position:  Staffing Specialist       Job ID# 8029

SUMMARY: The Staffing Specialist is responsible for staffing and recruiting tasks to support the efficient and effective operation of the Human Resources Department and all Eagle Systems divisions and projects.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

·         Three or more years experience in a related human resources position.

·         Ability to analyze and solve problems.

·         Knowledge of HR technologies, to include but not limited to an HRIS.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills.

·         Customer service skills

·         Telephone etiquette skills.

·         Ability to work well under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.

·         Ability to manage multiple projects.

·         Extensive knowledge of MS Office software.

·         Demonstrated ability to perform data entry and database navigation skills.

SUMMARYThe Human Resources Specialist is responsible for personnel and administrative tasks and for the efficient and effective operation of the Human Resources Department.  This position includes assisting the Human Resources Director in developing and training Eagle Human Resources policy and procedures.  Another primary responsibility of the Human Resources Specialist is performing administrative tasks to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing personnel practices.

Position:  Senior Program Manager      Job ID# J8131

SUMMARY: This Sr. PM will primarily manage all Task Orders and/or Task Order Leads in support of the company’s USAMMA/AMEDD contracts. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of assigned project(s) to ensure that goals and objectives specified for the effort are accomplished in accordance with prescribed priorities, time limitations, and funding constraints. Applicant must demonstrate a high degree of proficiency in management skills and current state-of-the-art development in the field of management. Duties will include, but not limited to managing projects from a distance, providing program oversight for quality control, fostering business relationships in pursuit of new business, participating in the proposal development process, and providing input to the corporate strategic development process.  Applicant must possess knowledge of and experience with the principles, techniques, and practices in management of highly skilled technical personnel.  The ability to apply professional principals, the ability to make decisions based on technical, economic, and business considerations, the capability to provide professional guidance and leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical professionals.  

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

·          Bachelor's degree in an area related to contractual requirements.

·          Five years experience in Army medical services, logistics or maintenance field.

·          Minimum of three years successful experience in managing personnel.

·          Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

·          Ability to secure a secret security clearance.

·          Ability to obtain a driver’s license.

·          Ability to travel.

·          Ability to manage multiple projects in multiple locations.

·          Ability to comprehend, analyze, and evaluate available data and implement a feasible course of action.

·          Ability to originate, develop, and implement innovative concepts.

·          Ability to effectively manage time, labor hours, and other resources to ensure schedules and budget are met.

·          Attention to detail.

·          Ability to interpret government regulations.

·        Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, database, and Internet software.  

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED:

·          Masters degree in business related field.

·          Senior level U.S. military experience.

·          Minimum five years experience with federal government contracting procedures.  

SPECIAL PHYSICAL OR WORK CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:

  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Comanche Nation Gaming Board of Directors

Management and Leadership Instructor  

This is a full-time, 12-month position with instructional and developmental responsibilities for company specific training programs targeting employees of industrial, commercial, service or government organizations.  Minimum qualifications: three years of work-related skill, knowledge or experience and a Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Relations, Education or related field is required.  A Masters Degree in Business, Human Resources, Education or related field is preferred. Experience may be substituted for Masters Degree if in a related field.  

Occupational Health and Safety Instructor  

This is a full-time, 12 month position with instructional and developmental responsibilities for company specific training programs targeting employees of industrial, commercial service or government organizations.  Minimum qualifications: A minimum of three years of work-related skill, knowledge or experience and a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Health and Safety or related field is required.  Masters Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Health and Safety or related field is preferred.  Experience may be substituted for Masters Degree if in related field.
